Florent Hasani is the man of the moment in the Turkish First League, after he took the Boluspor team “on his shoulders” at the beginning of this season to join the Turkish Super League. In an interview for the Telegrafi portal, Hasani spoke about the start of the season, his superior form, the captain’s armband that has been entrusted to him, as well as his personal and team objectives this season.
Boluspor has started the season in the Turkish First League perfectly, having won five consecutive games in the first five matches in seven rounds, but has been stopped with a draw and a loss in the last two matches.
One of the most deserving players for this perfect start to Boluspor’s season is undoubtedly the striker from Kosovo, Florent Hasani, who is playing his second season at this club, after transferring in the second half of last season.
Hasani has so far played six matches with Boluspor, scoring six goals and two assists, with the hat-trick scored in the match against Sakaryaspor standing out.
In an interview for the Telegrafi portal, Hasani spoke about the start of the season, his superior form, the captain’s armband that has been entrusted to him, as well as his personal and team objectives this season.
“The season has started very well, we really hope to continue like this. The trust that the club has given me to be the team captain has motivated me even more, and I hope to continue in this way,” Hasani initially told Telegrafi.
“Individual goals are to have good performances every match, to help the team as much as possible, while the team’s goals are to qualify for the Turkish Super League. Last year we were very close, this year we have started well and we hope to continue like this until the end.”
“The championship is really difficult, aggressive and intense. Up to 10 teams fight until the end for inclusion in the Super League and the play-offs. Until the last round, they change positions in the table. There are also some teams whose budget is staggering and they take famous players even from the Super League and this makes it a difficult league until the last round,” added the Vushtrri player.
“I have played in several countries, but from the first day in Turkey I felt quite good. For a short time I was also given the captain’s armband. I feel the love and respect from everyone at the club and all the fans. I hope to continue in good form and enjoy every match,” concluded the Kosovo striker.
Otherwise, Hasani played a total of 18 matches in the second half of last season, scoring 8 goals and providing 2 assists. /Telegrafi/
